 An energising mindful practice, connecting and working

with the breath in stillness and in movement. 

Combining Hatha yoga practices of asana, pranayama, meditation

and yoga nidra to leave you stretched, strengthened and grounded.

All levels welcome.

Please bring your own mat, and a blanket.

£12 per class.  Term bookings at £10 per class.

Natalia Yoga

Natalia runs individual yoga classes for all levels. For beginners wishing to start on their journey, and the more practiced that may want to deepen their knowledge, or create a home practice.

​

Natalia also offers yoga therapy using yoga, eastern medicine and western talk therapy for those needing support in times of change.

1:1 Yoga

A bespoke sequenced yoga class. Classes consist of asana, pranayama and savasana and are designed around you.

​

These classes are good for beginners, those wishing to work on a particular asana, or to deepen your practice. Natalia can help you create your own home practice from dynamic vinyasa to gentle hatha.

​

A regular yoga practice can help build strength, balance and flexibility. It can help you relax, improve sleep and give you more energy.

​

Yoga Therapy

An individually tailored  session for a deeper holistic growth. Natalia incorporates talk, movement, breath work, meditation and yoga nidra.

 

Through movement we can reconnect with our body to release stored emotions and tensions. Connecting the breath encourages self awareness and deep relaxation. By observing our thoughts and feelings without judgement we can cultivate a greater sense of inner peace and emotional resilience.

 

In this practice we develop healthier coping mechanisms to manage stress and anxiety and take away the tools we need to ultimately lead a more balanced fulfilling life.

About Natalia
​

Natalia qualified at the Sivananda Yoga Vendata Centre in 2001, having been practicing yoga for several years before

then.  She began her Ashtanga studies under the guidance of Leela Miller, and has studied at The Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore with Phatabhi Jois and Sharat; later with Nancy Gilgoff and Philippa Asher, and many other great teachers including Shadow yoga with Shandor. She continues to deepen her own Ashtanga practice and yoga philosophy knowledge through regular workshops and courses.

​

Natalia style of teaching is grounded in using the breath as a deep connection to the physical and emotional self for personal growth, and healing of body, mind and spirit. Natalia is an experienced Hatha, and Vinyasa - ashtanga teacher who brings a playful energy to her class. Relaxation also plays a key part and she incorporates Yoga Nidra, a practice that allows you to experience profound relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall wellbeing.

​

In addition to teaching yoga Natalia is also a Shiatsu practitioner, with a specialism in Well Mother Shiatsu, having trained with Suzanna Yates. She holds a Diploma in Holistic Counselling, and a Certificate in Transactional Analysis Therapy.

Natalia is registered as an experienced teacher with Yoga Alliance, E-RYT and certified to teach children and teens with Calm for Kids. 

​

Individual sessions are held in her studio in Hassocks on the South Downs or online.
